Service Training Opportunities

The DUI school that was held at the Knox County Sheriff's Training Academy was a great success. There were 18 constables that attended. Constables from Anderson, Fentress, Roane, Sevier, Rutherford, Union and Dekalb Counties attended. The TCC would like to thank Knox County Sheriff J.J. Jones, Knox County Officer Chad Faulkner, the Knox County D.A.'s Office, and all the instructors for their help in making this class available to the constables.

TCC in - service training classes will be held in Sevierville Tennessee at the Sevier County Constables Office. Any constable from any county may attend. All classes are taught by P.O.S.T. certified instructors. For directions and further information, contact TCC Training Officer Billy Seagle at 865-850-8086. This school will be a total of 44 hrs.

TCC now is working on three areas for Training Centers for the Constables to get their Training. The location will be announced at a later date. One in upper East Tennessee, one in East Tennessee and one in Middle Tennessee. We will now work on areas in West Tennessee. Within the next couple of months we hope to have three Centers in each section of Tennessee, this will give us 9 Centers and more if we need them
